![]() ![]() ![]() Regler alle TNRDer må lese!
![]() ![]() ![]() (alle må kunne disse reglene før vi spiller klan match , noe dere ikke forstår mail Rand_Thor eller Pukka)
The following rules are the recommended settings for Clanbase CounterStrike Ladder matches. We suggest that you write down "Standard CB rules" in the rules field if you want to use these rules and settings. Since there are three different scoring systems, we suggest that you also specify what scoring system you use in the rules field. (Example: Standard CB rules + Charges Only + PunkBuster)
If you want to use different settings, rules or maps we have no problem with that, but then you have to write down all the settings you want to see changed in the rules field - and your opponent has to agree on them ofcourse. If you don't write anything down, your opponent can assume that the match will be played with the standard settings and rules. (Example: If you want to play with Freezetime 0 seconds instead of the standard Freezetime 6 seconds, you should write down: Standard CB Rules + Charges Only + PunkBuster + mp_freezetime 0).
There are three different scoring systems. It is up to the clans to agree on the scoring system they want to use, please specify this in the 'rules field'. If nothing is agreed upon we can assume that all played rounds count.
![]() ![]() ![]() A match is played on two maps, both teams get to choose their own map. Each map will be played one time as CT and one time as T.
The map list is: de_aztec, as_oilrig, de_dust2, de_vertigo, cs_siege, cs_thunder, de_cbble, de_dust, cs_747, de_vegas, de_prodigy, cs_assault, cs_office, cs_italy, de_inferno, cs_backalley, cs_militia, de_train, de_rotterdam, de_nuke.
All matches are played with the following settings:

As a general rule we have: "All programs running outside of Halflife which change the gameplay are not allowed, except for voice communication programs like Roger Wilco and BattleCom. Everything that alters the gameplay of CS that was originally meant by the makers of the mod is also not allowed." This is a pretty global description, but we rely on the clans to know right from wrong. Because there are always things that are 'on the edge' we will handle a few things we get a lot of questions about (Please note that this list will be updated once new cheats, bugs or exploits are discovered):
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Screenshots (optional): During the match all the players have to make a screenshot which shows: one CT, a T and the scoreboard. All players will come together at a central point of the map where all the screenshots will be taken. It is strictly forbidden to kill or hurt your teammates and opponents at this time. After the match both clanleaders can exchange these screenshots if needed. Not being able to show the screenshots will result in a default loss. This is optional, so if you wish to make these screenshots you have to put this in the rules (+ screenshots).
PunkBuster (optional): We highly recommend that all matches are played with PunkBuster (PB) enabled. PunkBuster can be downloaded from the PunkBuster site. If you use PB then you can expect all players to have tested their PunkBuster client before joining the game. This means that they should be certain they will not be getting any cheat violation. If they do get a cheat violation, it can only mean that the player had the intention to cheat and his clan will receive a default loss if it's a first time offense. If a clan has more then one violation they can be removed from ClanBase. For more information about the violations you can get check out the punkbuster manual. ClanBase does not support the standard CVAR list, for more information about it check this newsitem. Using PB is optional, if you want to play with PB enabled you have to put this in the rules (+ PunkBuster).
Miscellaneous rules
If a bomb explodes after the timelimit has been reached it will not count as a win for the Terrors.
Clans often have trouble deciding who starts as CT or T and what map is played first. To solve that problem use the following system:
![]() ![]() Substituting a player during the match is only allowed in between maps, or in case of extreme connection problems during the game.
If a player drops because of a technical error you should pause the match at the end of the round (never during a round). The maximum time you can pause is 5 minutes, which is enough time to reboot and reconnect. The maximum total pause time is 10 minutes per map per team. Tactical time outs are not allowed.
